The best laid plans can go awry when Chicago gets hit with snow. My airline (United) was more than helpful and with good, patient people on the phone, and I do have new travel plans, no extra fees. BUT it took a while on the phone and I spent it (unproductively) zigging and zagging a BLIZZARD piecing project …. all in fun. Hope you all who were/are traveling, had good luck with new flights.
